Docs-as-Code (Arc42 + C4 model)

Architecture documentation versioned alongside the code — the Arc42 structure for the narrative, the C4 model for the diagrams — reviewed through the same pull-request flow. In my repos, ADRs sit next to the source and the C4 workspace is pushed to Structurizr by the same CI that ships the code. It keeps the docs honest — they evolve with the system instead of rotting in a wiki — and that’s what makes people actually trust them.
